Inu-hariko are papier-mâché dogs first made in the Edo Period as charms for childbirth and child-rearing.

My affectionately called ‘little shadow’, is a Husky mutt rescued from a long life on the streets. He is a gentle pup but very protective of me when I need him to be. He gives me a reason to get up in the morning. I love you so much Max.
